Policies
If you are interested in scheduling an appointment for therapy, please call my office at (650) 289-9078 and leave a message on my confidential voicemail. I typically return calls Monday-Friday although I am not in the office on Fridays.
I will return your call as soon as possible and we can spend 10-15 minutes on a brief call to determine if my practice is the right fit for you/your child.
My therapy openings vary throughout the year and my after-school openings are typically the first to book up. If my practice is full at the time of your call, I will offer you referrals to other professionals in the area.
Should we decide to work together, I will email you available appointment times as well as an Intake form, a Consent form, and Releases of Information when indicated.
Fees
• No charge for 10-15 minute initial phone consult
• 50 minute therapy sessions— $350
• On a pro-rata basis, I also charge for phone calls, emails or other services that require at least 10-15 minutes of my time.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of the visit.
I do not accept insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider.
You must check with your insurance company for specific benefits available to you as you may wish to submit my monthly invoices showing a zero balance. These invoices, also called superbills, may allow you some level of reimbursement.
No Show/Cancellation Policy
You must provide at least 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel a therapy session. If this policy is not followed, you will be charged the full fee for the session.
